Court Lodge

Court Lodge is proposed to be an innovative housing development for up to 1,000 homes. The outline planning permission, subject to approval, includes abundant open spaces as well as protected ecological habitats. This development will increase the size of Discovery Park and match, if not exceed the low energy homes standard being sought across the Borough.
